Spontaneous Health, LLC was created by Kay Rice, M.Ed., to teach and inspire success principles and lifestyle habits which  support the daily renewal of Mind, Body and Spirit. Her purpose is to empower individuals to live their lives to the fullest, healthiest and most successful.

Our Mission:  To change lives by empowering individuals with principles and choices to achieve maximum health and well-being in every level of their lives. Through education, motivation and inspiration individuals learn are empowered to make the choices which will allow them to live fully, stop or reverse the aging process and arrive at any age healthy, attractive, and energetic.  It is possible to greatly lower the risk for diseases often thought of as an inevitable part of the aging process. Our state of health and wellbeing, not to mention our appearance and happiness, is more a matter of choice than of destiny.  Most of us have no idea of the power we have to create our own health and wellbeing.  Achieving maximum health is more than a matter of exercise and diet; success principles, valuable to improving all areas of life, thought dynamics and addressing each individual as a multidimensional being all play a vital role in our success.

Kay Rice, M.Ed.,  Wellness Consultant, Professional Speaker, Author, Workshop Facilitator and Corporate Wellness & Nutrition Coach.  In addition to being an authority in the areas of Weight Management, Health, Fitness and Mind Body Integration she draws on a wealth of experience in the area of Personal Development and Success Principles.  She has worked with or studied under some of the top experts of our time such as Deepak Chopra, T. Harv Eker, Jack Canfield, and has been through some of the top Trainer Programs in the country.  Kay has authored several books including The Yoga of Wisdom and Understanding, Work Smarter Not Harder! Lose that Excess Fat Forever, and Your Holiday Feast.  She is a regular contributor to Avoid Medical Errors Magazine. 

Kay is available for Keynote Speeches and Corporate Wellness Consulting Programs.  Currently Kay is serves as the Nutrition and Meditation Expert on the Ultimate Fitness Quest www.UltimateFitnessQuest.com. She provides Nutrition and Wellness Programs to corporations, groups and individuals and teaches Yoga Classes in the North Atlanta area. She is a Wellness Coach and Workshop Facilitator for Health Designs, a company serving Corporate Clients in Georgia.

Kay grew up in Auburn Alabama where she was surrounded by college athletes, worked in the University Athletics Department and attended the University. In 1982 she received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University. In addition, Kay is an I.B.N.F. Certified Nutrition Coach, a Licensed Corporate Wellness Coach, and an A.C.S.M. Certified Health & Fitness Specialist™. After the realization the Mind Body connection was an integral part of optimal health & well-being she became a student of Deepak Chopra, MD and the Chopra Center for Well-being. She is a Certified Chopra Center Instructor and Vedic Master. The principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation she learned at the Chopra Center are core principles in the programs and services she offers.

Kay offers a variety of workshops and programs with flexible schedules to meet the needs of her clients.  She delivers what professional audiences want and need to know to achieve their health and performance goals and to manage stress.  Programs to meet demanding schedules include one-day & three-day learning experiences, as well as a series of short focused programs of 1-3 hours held at regular intervals over several weeks.  Custom program development is also available.
