I’ve been hard at work gathering the resources and materials for my Fall Cleanse and Reset Program. I was asked to share some of my favorite squash & pumpkin recipes. What a great idea! This is a wonderful way to share and to let folks know that a cleanse and reset doesn’t have to be boring, nor does it mean you will have to starve yourself.
