Want more Wealth and Abundance?

Want more Wealth and Abundance?

Affirmations work when used correctly and consistently. Try feeling the feelings of having money come to you in large and increasing quantities on a continuous basis. Napoleon Hill’s book, Think and Grow Rich, speaks of the power of affirmations:

“Back of this formula is a law of Nature which no man has been able to explain. It has baffled the scientists of all ages. The psychologists have named this law “auto-suggestion” and let it go at that.”

Feel it and believe it is true. Then take some action steps toward making it happen. For example:

  • Read the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill or The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles
  • Write out what acts of service you will perform in return for receiving the amount of money you intend to manifest. This is your definite chief aim, or purpose, in life. Once you have written it down, read it every single day until it has been made manifest in your life. Don’t just read it, feel what it feels like to have already accomplished it, visualize what it will be like to do, be and have the life you will have when you have achieved your goal. Imagine who you will have become in order to achieve this goal.

Use this check from the Bank of Universal Abundance to manifest additional income from the Universe. Fill it out completely and place it somewhere you will see it daily, such as your vision board, in your journal or on a dresser or bathroom mirror.

I know of a couple of famous people who used this exact exercise to manifest financial abundance into their lives. Jim Carrey wrote himself a check one-million dollars ($1,000,000) which he carried in his wallet for several years. He scored a one-million dollar deal for a movie just before the date of his check.

Jack Canfield, one of the authors of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series, and my favorite book by him is The Success Principles, also used this exercise. He wrote a large check to himself and put it on the ceiling over his bed. It worked!

Hello 2020! 12 New Chapters, 366 New Chances …

Hello 2020! 12 New Chapters, 366 New Chances …

As we enter, not just a new year but, a new decade, I wish you the happiest, healthiest, most prosperous and fulfilling life ever.

This year promises 12 new chapters and the opportunity for 366 new beginnings.

What are your goals? What outcomes do you want and WHY are they important?

What are you ready to leave behind from 2019 that is no longer serving your highest and best?

It’s not the resolutions—80% of the resolutions that are made on this day have been abandoned by the end of the month. However, I hope for you that you will take some time to reflect on where you are right now in the different areas of your life, and where you would like to be.

Contemplate if there is a gap between where you are today and where you would like to be. Consider what action steps you can take or what resources you might need to achieve the outcomes you desire.

Happy New Year!

Have you started your 2020 Journal Yet?

If not, try this Legend Planner. I found it on Amazon and I love it! I’ve been keeping a journal for 27 years. If you aren’t already keeping a journal, let me highly encourage you to start this year! Keeping a journal is actually a success habit of the most weatlhy, famous, successful, creative and spiritual people on the planet.

Don’t Make Any New Year Resolutions … until you do this

Don’t Make Any New Year Resolutions … until you do this

Don’t Make any New Year Resolutions

Until you do this: Reflect, Release, Restore

I suggest you make this a written exercise. If it is at the beginning of a New Year or a new season, you may even want to begin a new journal with this exercise. Writing things down gives you clarity and accountability. It is a written record of your thoughts, desires, emotions and the commitments you have made to yourself and the outcomes you want to achieve.

Use the questions for “Reflect, Release and Restore” as journal prompts. This is a fantasic year-end exercise, and it is also a great exercise to do periodically, or when you are going through a transitional time in your life.

Reflect on the past year. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • What were my successes?
  • What made me the happiest?
  • What were my greatest challenges?
  • What might I have done better or where would I like to improve?
  • What things or experiences am I grateful for?

Are you ready to release the things that are holding you back or that are no longer serving you? What things do you choose not to carry forward with you into a new year? (This can be on an emotional, a physical, a material or a spiritual level).

  • What things in my life are no longer serving me? Am I truly ready to release them, and if not, why not?
  • What material things in my life do I no longer need? Could I pass them along to someone else or do they need to be thrown away?
  • Am I holding onto things in my physical body, such as weight, stress, anxiety, or unprocessed emotions or experiences that I need to release?
  • What thoughts or emotions am I having that are not serving me? Is there anyone I need to forgive? Am I ready to let go of toxic thoughts, emotions and old stories?
  • Are there any people, situations or circumstances in your life that are not serving your highest and best interests, or may even be toxic. Are you ready to release them and possibly even surrender to the wisdom of uncertainty?

Practice Self-Care. Ask yourself, “What things am I ready to commit to doing that will nourish my mind, body and spirit and help me to show up as my best self each day?

  • What things am I willing to commit to doing on a day-to-day basis to nourish my mind-body and spirit?
  • What will I commit to doing on a monthly or seasonal basis to nurture and restore myself on all levels? How will I plan for that and make it happen?
  • Do I need support? If so, can I ask for support and from whom?

Choose Wisely

Choose Wisely

It’s almost never about what’s clearly right and what is clearly wrong.

It’s almost always about choosing between what’s familiar and what is going to make your soul come alive.
