The focus of this program is to release body fat, take inches off of your waistline and move to a healthier lifestyle. In this program, 80% of the focus will be devoted to proper nutrition which will be reinforced by proper rest and exercise, both of which support the acceleration of fat elimination.

The information in this book first came to me more than 35 years ago.  It had such an impact on me that I read the original text three times and outlined it. It opened up to a new way of thinking and new ideas that I only heard about again decades later when I heard Dr. Deepak Chopra speaking about the teachings of Ayurveda, spirituality and quantum physics. So greatly did these ideas impact me that I thought it would be beneficial to share this information in an updated format.
