What to Do to Prepare for Your Seasonal Spring Cleanse
#1 Download Your Resources
You are going to want to download each of your resources by clicking on the links below. I suggest you print them out and put them in a binder or folder to have handy for easy access.
To open these files, click on each title. They will open up in Google Docs View Only Mode. You can open them by clicking “Print” and it will ask what you would like to do with the file … you can then “Save” or “Open” the file and then “Print”.

- Join our Private Facebook Group: You will receive daily support in our private Facebook group. You’ll have my personal support and the support of your fellow cleansers each step of the way, so you never feel stuck or like you’re in it alone.
- Mark your Calendar to be on the Live Group Kick-Off Call: We’ll start the program with a Live Facebook call on Monday, March 23rd at 12:00 Eastern Daylight Time in our private group where I’ll talk about how to get the most out of this program and how to make it work with your busy life. You’ll get the best benefit if you can be on the call, but if you miss it—no worries—it will be available to replay at your convenience in the group.
