Don’t know how to meditate?

Often people tell me they don’t know how to meditate, or that when they are upset or anxious about something that meditation is difficult. Well for those of you with these experiences, I just discovered a tool you can use.

If you are new to meditation, or if you are dealing with extra stress or anxiety that make it difficult to meditate, I found a tool that will help you.

There are many types of meditation. There is meditation that is completely silent. There are guided meditations, walking meditations, meditations that have you focus on breath or a visual point.

A friend recently told me about BrainTap.  BrainTap is an App that you can download on your devices. It provides over 700 modules of meditation that is not only guided, but it uses brain technology to guide you into more relaxed brain states that we naturally achieve during relaxation and sleep.

Relax. Reboot. Revitalize.

Here’s a tool you can use.

In 20 stress-free minutes a day you can achieve ultimate relaxation, release anxiety or use the tool to get a restful night’s sleep.

Here’s how to get the “BrainTap” App:

Click on the link below to sign up and use it for FREE for 15 days:

After signing up, download the App from the Apple Store or get it on Google Play. I use my ear pods on my phone or tablet to listen. It’s super easy and so far I love everything I’ve tried.  It’s a great way to stay positive, relax and give myself some healthy self-care and brain training right now.
Whether you decide to use the App after the 15 day free trial or not, during these stressful times, it is a wonderful tool to help stay focused, practice self-care, relax and keep the healthiest attitude possible (which helps our immunity).
I would really love to get your feedback and for you to let me know what you think. Please leave your comments or any feedback you have below.
