This service offers monthly WordPress maintenance and content updates for small businesses, coaches, and entrepreneurs who want to keep their websites secure, up-to-date, and aligned with their evolving content. Clients receive a monthly check-in to ensure plugins and themes are updated, light content edits are made, and any blog posts or events are uploaded with proper on-page SEO practices. The package includes up to one hour of updates per month. Additional updates or content needs beyond that are billed separately. Clients on my hosting plan receive hosting as a bonus with monthly maintenance.

Client Requirements
Admin Access to your WordPress Site: You will need to provide WordPress admin login credentials so I can access your site’s dashboard.
Hint: You can share an existing login or create a temporary Admin user using the email address: kay@kayrice.com. You may remove it after the work is completed.
Provide Monthly Content Updates. Let me know if you have any specific content updates you’d like me to prioritize this month?

FAQ #2: Whatif I need more than 1 hour of updates?
A: You can purchase an Extended Maintenance add-on or request a custom quote for larger projects.
FAQ #3: Will you log in monthly or do I have to request it each time?
A: This is a month-to-month service. You can pay monthly, quarterly, or annually – what ever we agree on and works best for you!
FAQ #4: Can I include SEO Optimization with my blog uploads?
A: Yes — I’ll apply basic on-page SEO practices like H1-H3 headers, alt tags, set a featured image, and internal links during blog uploads.
FAQ #5: What if I'm not on your hosting plan?
A: No Problem! This service is available to any WordPress user regardless of hosting. Hosting is only included as a bonus for existing design clients.
